Eric and Allison form a dynamic duo, combining their diverse backgrounds to offer a distinctive blend of experience and expertise. Hailing from Fauquier County, Allison, a former teacher, channels her passion into guiding clients through the intricate journey of home ownership or the sale of their existing homes. Meanwhile, Eric, immersed in the real estate world from a young age (thanks to his successful agent mom), brings a wealth of experience from the title side of the industry.
Both share a natural inclination towards service, except for Eric's aversion to post-dinner cleanup duties! Allison, with her keen eye for design and staging, complements Eric's solid grasp of real estate financials. Together, they go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to clients, aiming not just for transactions but for the cultivation of enduring friendships.
When not immersed in real estate, the couple can be found on the road to JMU & VT, visiting their sons, or wrangling their three-dog pack! They actively contribute to their community through volunteering with Warrenton youth – Eric coaches soccer and leads Young Life, and Allison serves at Fauquier FISH. In their downtime, Eric indulges in reading biographies, while Allison enjoys social walks, hitting the gym, and knitting.
