A resident of the area since 1996, Erica has extensive knowledge of the Greater Piedmont, Northern Virginia, and North Western Virginia areas. With more than 12 years of experience in the industry, she has successfully helped her clients navigate their transactions throughout ups and downs in the market. She understands that every client has a unique situation, so Erica works to uncover their individual needs and preferences and walk them through every step of the home buying or selling process. She is a graduate of Fauquier High School, with a bachelor's degree from Lynchburg University and a master's degree from the University of Virginia.
