GREG PAPPAS
Greg Pappas is a Fauquier High School graduate who went on to earn his degree in Business Administration and Economics from Greensboro College. His interest in real estate began early, working for a homebuilder throughout both high school and college, where he gained firsthand experience in the construction and housing industry.
After graduating, Greg spent a decade (2014–2024) working in the private sector of the Defense Industry, developing a strong foundation in project management,
negotiation, and client relations. In 2024, he made the strategic decision to transition his career into real estate, focusing on investments to include short-term rentals, long-term rentals, fix-and-flip projects, and new construction.

Greg brings a well-rounded perspective to real estate, combining his early construction background with his business acumen and investment experience to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys traveling with his lovely wife and spending time outdoors.
