Love for real estate started at an early age for Vanessa Kott. Vanessa grew up learning about Real Estate and investment from her father. As a passionate community member of Fairfax County, Vanessa followed the skills that her father instilled in her and since 2004 she has committed herself to helping others buy and sell Real Estate.

As part of Ross Real Estate Vanessa has already cemented her place as a top-notch Realtor, and as a fluent Spanish speaker, Vanessa is thrilled to help more people than ever.

Since their marriage in June of 2015, Vanessa and husband Stephen, another exceptionally versed Realtor, have joined to create The Kott Team. Complimentary skills and experience make them a force in the real estate market.

With her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from George Mason University, a passion for people, and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, Vanessa is a knowledgeable Realtor who enjoys working and dedicating herself to her clients.

In addition to her commitment to real estate, Vanessa can be found working with local charitable organizations and food banks. She has organized and led mission trips to Haiti where she’s taught English to young students. Giving back and helping those in need is a trait that Vanessa and Stephen hope to pass on to their son, Ethan.
